Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not always offered. However, we believe adult students working toward a better future deserve a fair chance to see what the Relief and Reset Guide can do for them.

If you truly find nothing useful, email us at support@universitysos.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your $27. We may ask what you didn’t connect with so we can keep improving the guide.

You either get strategies you can use, or you get your money back.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase. The day of purchase is Day One.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
